On the 1st January 2021 the UK left the EU customs union. Customers situated in a EU country will no longer be charged sales tax (VAT) on our website at checkout, however in most cases EU customers will be required to pay import fees/tax/duty before receiving delivery of their order. These charges would normally be paid via the courier/postal service using their website or by calling them on the telephone. Please understand we cannot refund shipping costs for any packages returned to us due to unpaid import fees. All of our shipping methods are trackable on-line, make sure you watch the tracking carefully for any updates.
