Returns Policy

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and returned in the original packaging with all tags and seals intact.

Please note: Certain items cannot be returned. These include electrical items, opened consumables, and any products that have been used or fitted.

To complete your return, you will need to provide proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your return has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (refunds can sometimes take time to appear).
  3. If you’ve done the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@shirebikes.co.uk.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items and discounted products cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at sales@shirebikes.co.uk first. You will need to send the item to:

Returning Your Item

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.

In the event of a picking error or a defective/damaged item, we will either send you a prepaid return label or reimburse your reasonable return shipping costs.
