Shipping Policy
Express / Timed Delivery
We do not offer express, guaranteed, or timed delivery services.
If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us in advance with your full delivery address and the required delivery date. We will review your request and advise on feasibility where possible.
Please note:
- For international shipments, we are unable to provide any estimated time frames or guidance on delivery dates. This is due to the variable and unpredictable nature of customs clearance processes, which are outside of our control.
- Delays can occasionally occur within postal networks and are beyond our control.
Late or Delayed Delivery
We are unable to refund shipping fees in the event of late delivery.
Delays can sometimes occur within the postal system, particularly during holiday periods or as a result of industrial action affecting Royal Mail.
For reference, Royal Mail states that its 48 Tracked service aims to deliver within 2–3 working days (including Saturdays). If a package exceeds this timeframe while in transit, we cannot reimburse shipping costs. While delays do occasionally happen, in our experience they are uncommon across the large majority of shipments.
Tracking Information
All of our shipments are sent using a trackable method.
Provided you enter your correct email address and mobile telephone number at checkout, you will receive tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Important notes regarding returned packages:
- If a package is returned to us because the maximum number of delivery attempts has been exceeded, the package was refused, an incorrect address was provided on the order, or any applicable customs fees were not paid, we are unable to refund the original shipping fees.
- Should you wish to have the package resent after it has been returned, a new shipping fee will apply.
- We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking information closely to avoid unnecessary “return to sender” situations or additional redelivery charges.
