Since 1 January 2021 the UK has left the EU customs union and VAT area. EU customers will no longer be charged UK VAT at checkout on our website. However, in most cases you will need to pay import duties, taxes and/or customs fees in your own country before the parcel can be delivered. These charges are collected by the courier or local postal service (usually via a payment link sent by email/SMS or payment on delivery). Please check your tracking regularly and pay any requested fees promptly to avoid delays. We cannot refund shipping costs if a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid import fees. If you need clarification on the likely charges for your country, please send us an email – we’re happy to help.
