For us to accept, process and deliver a parts order we require the following personally identifiable information: first and last name, billing address, delivery address, e-mail address, telephone number, card number, card expiry date, CV2/CVV number or PayPal linked e-mail address. When making a telephone order we may request the make and model of the motorcycle you are ordering parts for.

The customer provides us with their information via telephone, e-mail, eBay order, or by submitting forms on this website (www.shirebikes.co.uk).
Who do we share your personal information with and for what purpose?
We will not share your information with anyone else without first seeking your permission.
Parcel delivery companies - We share the following personally identifiable information: first and last name, delivery address, e-mail address, telephone number in printed and digital forms with the chosen delivery company. The delivery company will use this information to track your parcel through their IT systems to attempt to deliver the parcel to the correct address.
We use Royal Mail, UPS, DPD, Parcel Force, Hermes and Parcel2Go to deliver parcels to our customers.
A copy of your invoice which would include a list of the parts you’ve ordered and their prices, your invoice address, delivery address, date of purchase and total paid may be included with the parcel.
Payment processing - We use PayPal (US company) to process all debit/credit card payments. We do not store or retain any debit/credit numbers.
We do not operate a mailing list so will not contact you with endless promotional emails. If you place an order on our website, We will send you an order confirmation and despatch notification emails. You may then receive further notifications from the delivery courier, either by email or text. If we have any problems processing your order, we will contact you either by phone or by email to try to assist in resolving the issue. We may attempt to contact you by email, phone or letter, only under exceptional circumstances, for example, a product recall.
