Kitaco Reinforced Auto Clutch Kit (Part No. 307-1414120)

This reinforced centrifugal (auto) clutch kit from Kitaco is designed specifically for tuned engines in Honda models with automatic centrifugal clutches. It provides much stronger power transfer and better durability than the stock clutch, which often slips under increased power from big bore kits, performance cams, or other upgrades.

  • 7-disc clutch weight (stock is typically 4-disc) — significantly increases clutch capacity and torque handling.
  • Reinforced clutch springs — assembled for stronger engagement and to prevent slippage even under high power and high RPM conditions.
  • Maximum RPM rating: Up to 10,000 rpm — ideal for performance builds.

Installation Notes:

  • Requires a separate crankcase cover gasket (Kitaco 966-1015004).
  • Special tools recommended for installation: Honda Clutch Outer Holder (07923-0340000) and Kitaco Center Lock Nut Wrench (674-1432900).
  • Professional installation is strongly advised due to the need for precise assembly and special tools.
