IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: This part has been discontinued by Honda. Due to the age of the mould in which the part was made, there were certain casting imperfections in the finish of the part; these imperfections were unavoidable. All of them have the same casting imperfections. Moulds are very expensive to create, so it was doubtful Honda would create a new mould to keep manufacturing this old part. The available parts come with imperfections in the finish, and there is nothing we can do about it. See photographs showing the casting imperfections; they are only obvious upon close inspection and in our opinion do not detract.
